📦 Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within South Africa, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel in real-time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once it’s been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all items. Products must be in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How do I return a product?
Contact us via phone or email. You can return items in-store or courier them to us at your expense. Once inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


💻 Warranty & Repairs

Do all items come with a warranty?
Only phones and laptops come with a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. All other items are covered only by the 10-day return window.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers hardware defects that are not caused by physical damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized tampering.

What if my device needs repair?
Contact us and we’ll assess the situation. If it’s within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the item. For out-of-warranty items, we can recommend trusted repair services.
