2. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased, provided that:

  • The item is returned within 10 calendar days of the purchase date.

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Warranty Policy

We provide a 30-day limited warranty only for phones and laptops. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Hardware failures not caused by user damage

This warranty does not cover:

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Accidental drops, cracks, or physical impact

  • Software issues due to third-party apps or tampering

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

For all other products (e.g., accessories, chargers, cases, headphones), no warranty applies beyond the standard 10-day return period.
